Plastic Resins Products

Besides precision metal components, we also carry a wide range of Plastic Resins Materials from Standard Thermoplastics (ABS, PP,etc), Engineering Thermoplastics (PC, PBT.etc) and High Performance Thermoplastics (PEI, PEEK, etc) from various world renowned manufacturers.

ABS

Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene
Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) thermoplastic resin is a tailorable engineering material offering outstanding flow, toughness, aesthetics, dimensional stability, excellent colorability, high temperature resistance and scratch resistance.

LCP

Liquid Crystal Polymers
Liquid Crystal Polymers (LCP) is a highly crystalline, inherently flame retardant, thermotropic (melt-orienting) thermoplastics. They are similar to semi-crystalline polymers, but have distinctive attributes.

PA

PolyAmide
PolyAmide (PA), commonly known as Nylon is a polymer with repeating units linked by amide bonds.

PAEK

PolyArylEtherKetone
PolyArylEtherKetone (PAEK) is a family of high-performance polyketones tailored to fill cost and performance gaps between PEEK and other high-performance polymers. Ductility and toughness can be significantly improved versus comparable grades of PEEK, delivering 20% higher tensile elongation at yield and doubled tensile elongation at break values.

PARA

PolyARylAmide
PolyARylAmide (PARA) is a family of thermoplastic products reinforced with glass fibers and/or mineral fillers. It provides a unique combination of strength and aesthetics, making it ideal for complex parts that require both overall strength and a smooth, beautiful surface.

PBT

PolyButylene Terephthalate
PolyButylene Terephthalate (PBT) is a thermoplastic (semi-)crystalline polymer, and a type of polyester. Suitable for products that require good dimensional stability, low warpage, excellent chemical resistance and high quality surface finish & gloss.

PC

PolyCarbonate
PolyCarbonate (PC) is an amorphous polymer that offers a unique combination of toughness with exceptional impact strength. It also exhibits high optical clarity, excellent creep, and high temperature resistance.

PCT

PolyCyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate
PolyCyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate (PCT) is a thermoplastic polyester formed from the polycondensation of terephthalic acid and cyclohexanedimethanol. Its combines the chemical resistance, processability and dimensional stability of PBT or PET with the added resistance to peak temperatures and hydrolysis to deliver superior performance and value through fast molding cycles and excellent processability.

PEEK

PolyEther Ether Ketone
Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. The processing conditions used to mold PEEK can influence the crystallinity and hence the mechanical properties.

PEI

PolyEtherImide
PolyEtherImide (PEI) is an amorphous, amber-to-transparent thermoplastic that offers outstanding elevated thermal resistance, high strength and stiffness, and broad chemical resistance. Ultem is a commonly known PEI developed by Sabic and is available in transparent and opaque custom colors, as well as glass filled grades. Plus, ULTEM copolymers are available for even higher heat, chemical and elasticity needs. ULTEM resins uniquely balance both mechanical properties and processability, offering design engineers exceptional flexibility and freedom.

PET

PolyEthylene Terephthalate
PolyEthylene Terephthalate (PET) resin with distinctive crystallization characteristics that provide outstanding physical properties and superior thermal and chemical resistance with the ability to support higher temperature exposure.

POM

PolyOxyMethylene
PolyOxyMethylene (POM), also known as acetal or polyacetal, is a highly crystalline, high-performance engineering polymer that displays a broad range of properties, particularly its low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, high modulus and resistance to many solvents and automotive fuels. Basic mechanical properties include high strength and stiffness coupled with good impact strength. Low moisture absorption results in excellent dimensional stability and makes POM an excellent candidate for parts that must exhibit tight tolerances in moist environments.

PPA

PolyPhthalAmide
PolyPhthalAmide (PPA) is a family of high-temperature polyamides that retain their high strength and stiffness up to 280°C. They maintain mechanical integrity after thousands of hours at elevated temperatures and in high humidity and chemically aggressive environments.

PPS

PolyPhenylene Sulfide
PolyPhenylene Sulfide (PPS) is a high-temperature semi-crystalline polymer that offers exceptional dimensional stability for precision-molded components needing to withstand prolonged, high-temperature service. It is inherently flame retardantand has very high chemical resistance.

PPSU

PolyPhenylSUlfone
PolyPhenylSUlfone (PPSU) is a type of high performance polymer usually consisting of aromatic rings linked by sulfone (SO2) groups. These are moldable plastics often used in rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing (direct digital manufacturing) applications.

PSU

PolySUlfones
PolySUlfones (PSU) are a family of high performance thermoplastics. These amorphous thermoplastics offer more toughness, strength and hydrolytic stability than other transparent plastics. They withstand prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and temperatures – handling a broad range of end-use temperatures from -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F).

TCP

Thermal Conductive Plastics
Thermal Conductive Plastics (TCP) are engineering plastics with thermal conductivity that manage rather than survive thermal energy. Thermal conductivity in a plastic provides the ability to meet demanding engineering requirements in many applications, more cost effectively than other materials including metals, ceramics, and other plastics.

TPE-ET

Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomers
Thermoplastic polyester elastomers (TPE-ET) are block copolymers that combine the favorable characteristics of vulcanized rubber with the easy processability of thermoplastics for toughness, tear and flex fatigue resistance over a wide temperature range.
